One Minute Meditation ...for July 16...

Meditation can be a very involved practice -- creating a sacred space, hours a day, or silent retreats, and many other variations. All valuable. But you can also just stop for one minute and find your breath. Stop doing and be. Give yourself a minute:

Beautiful meditation.
Kara, I invite you to visit a new blog of mine www.sagesevenvisions.blogspot.com for a new heal the world project that I would love to have you participate in when you have time.
I believe we and so many others share the same vision of healing our world....one small act of kindness at a time.
